About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated NHS Specialist Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary respiratory team in West Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert specialist care to patients with COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, and other respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver community respiratory services 7 days a week, providing expert care to patients in their homes and in clinics.
  • Work closely with our integrated partners, West Herts Hospitals Trust, to share clinical medical leadership and develop joint pathways and governance.
  • Participate in a comprehensive induction and teaching programme for new starters, and receive ongoing support and development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, including hospital at home, home oxygen assessment and review, and follow-up clinics and home visits.
