Job Title: Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business strategy by delivering on small commercial telephone sales targets and maximizing sales opportunities from our current pipeline of small commercial prospects.

About the Role:

As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality and targeted customer service to our clients, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth for our organization. You will be responsible for outbound calls to existing and potential clients, obtaining general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to our sales team for quoting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver small commercial telephone sales targets and support the development of new business pipeline through high-quality and targeted customer service.
  • Outbound calls to existing and potential clients, obtaining general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team to quote.
  • Positively impact Agency sales through prospecting new clients.
  • Review areas of success and develop best working practices across the new business development teams.
  • Produce up-to-date records for every customer interaction and contact, including regularly reviewing and updating data records to ensure accuracy.
  • Always demonstrate high values of trust and integrity, acting as a positive role model in line with the values and ethos of our organization.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships within the Agency team and all relevant key contacts and teams within NFU Mutual.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in a way that complies with relevant external legislation and regulation, internal compliance, and other procedures and local Agency policies and processes.
  • Support the business development team with campaigns, helping to deliver upon required call volumes and converting leads into opportunities.
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects and/or other duties as required, to support the delivery of business strategy and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in targeted telesales/sales role or appointment generator role.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office, and the ability to effectively use NFU Mutual systems.
  • Good maths and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage own workload and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Great team working and ability to build effective relationships through positive behaviors, honesty, and integrity.
  • Own transport and full UK driving license.
