Job Title: Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business strategy by delivering on small commercial telephone sales targets and maximizing sales opportunities from our current pipeline of small commercial prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver small commercial telephone sales targets and support the development of new business pipeline through high-quality and targeted customer service.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to obtain general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team.
  • Positively impact Agency sales through prospecting new clients and building strong relationships with key contacts and teams.
  • Review areas of success and develop best working practices across the new business development teams.
  • Produce up-to-date records for every customer interaction and contact, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant external legislation and regulation.
  • Act as a positive role model, demonstrating high values of trust and integrity in line with our company values and ethos.
  • Support the business development team with campaigns, helping to deliver upon required call volumes and converting leads into opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in targeted telesales/sales role or appointment generator role.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office, and the ability to effectively use our systems.
  • Good maths and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage own workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • Great team working and ability to build effective relationships through positive behaviors, honesty, and integrity.
