We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering small commercial telephone sales targets, supporting the development of new business pipelines, and booking appointments for the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in targeted telesales or sales roles, with excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively. They will also have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

The role will involve making outbound calls to existing and potential clients, obtaining general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing up-to-date records for every customer interaction and contact, and for ensuring that all duties are carried out in a way that complies with relevant legislation and regulation.

We are looking for a team player who is able to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients alike. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and will be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
