Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Officer to join our Housing Benefit team at Derby City Council.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and updating computer-based software applications, creating spreadsheets for data analysis, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Experience with Microsoft PC packages and database management.
  • Analyzing results to report to managers and making informed decisions.
  • Providing excellent interpersonal skills and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
