The United Reformed Church, Yorkshire Synod is looking to recruit a part-time Administrative Officer based at the Synod's office in West Yorkshire.
This role involves managing the administrative tasks associated with being a Company Secretary, ensuring all legal requirements are met and maintained. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and filing annual returns, accounts and other statutory documents with Companies House
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of Trust business and dealings
- Providing administrative support for the Annual General Meetings of the Trust Companies, including preparing agendas and minutes
We are looking for an excellent administrator, educated to degree level or equivalent, who can demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise work effectively in a busy environment.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
