SWIFT Temps Ltd Commercial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Administration Assistant to work for our client based in Morley, on a Permanent basis.

Our client a successful manufacturing distributor is looking for a Office and Warehouse Assistant to join their skilled and expanding Leeds based team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to pursue a career within a company that's happy to invest in their personnel.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Inbound and outbound communications to clients
- Organising and managing clients accounts
- Processing inbound and outbound stock. Domestically and internationally.
- Breaking down stock
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Generating customers documents with the Sage 200 system o Quotations/invoices/sales orders/purchase orders
- Covering any supporting roles that are needed in running of the business

- Confident telephone manner
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Flexible and dynamic with day to day tasks
- Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as solely
- Adapt and meet changing demands
- Adequate understanding of Office 365 and computer literate.

Working hours Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm Friday finish at 4pm to work 39 hours per week

Annual Salary £22,000 to £23,200 plus 10% Company annual bonus scheme
