Beijer Ref UK & Ireland is a leading group of refrigeration and air conditioning wholesalers with 47 branch outlets and utilises two distribution centres for centralised stocks. There are 4 wholesalers within the group; Dean & Wood Ltd, HRP Ltd, RW Refrigeration Wholesale Ltd and DWG Refrigeration Wholesale Ltd (Ireland). Also within the group is our MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) air conditioning business and Beijer Ref Refrigerants.
We are recruiting for an E-Commerce & Sales Analysis Administrator at our national refrigeration distribution centre in Morley, Leeds.
As E-Commerce & Sales Analysis Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the expansion of the company market share via e-commerce (B2B)
- Optimisation of the webshops
- Creatio
- n and implementation of innovative ideas within the online areas
- Assisting with selection of products to add to the shop in coordination with the sales businesses
- Assisting in planning, implementation and maintenance of online marketing activities
- Enhancement of search engine optimisation
- Web analytics, tracking, evaluation and interpretation
- Monitoring and optimisation of existing processes
- Interaction with external service providers
- Optimisation of product data in the PIM (Product Information Management system)
- Information gathering from our SAP and Qlik systems
- Digital marketing
- Regular reporting for customers and internal teams
- Maintenance of customer discount quotations on the ERP system
- Providing data for rebate and supplier support claims
The ideal E-commerce & Sales Analysis Administrator will have the following skills and attributes:
- A friendly, willing and helpful attitude along with a great capacity for learning is paramount
- Experience in at least one of the following: e-business / online shop / PIM systems / SAP or comparable education
- Interest in new technologies
- Confidence working in an online environment
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work on your own or in a team
- High level of initiative and creativity
