About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's maintenance and repair functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily maintenance checks and repairs of mechanical equipment
  • Coordinate renovation projects and develop emergency programs
  • Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers
  • Maintain all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition
  • Develop and implement energy conservation programs to minimize expenses
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of building management
  • Previous experience in Plumbing and electric
  • Good communication skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on their own
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
