Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

  • As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities, including mechanical equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • You will lead a team of maintenance staff and coordinate with external contractors to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement energy conservation programs to minimize expenses and reduce the hotel's environmental impact.
  • Coordinate renovation projects, define project scope and cost, and oversee contractors to ensure quality work is performed cost-effectively.
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of building management systems and experience in plumbing and electrical work.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
