About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives to achieve exceptional maintenance services
  • Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Conduct site inspections using our in-house system to ensure works are delivered to the required standards
  • Represent the business and meet client representatives on sites

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience in planning maintenance works over multiple sites
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
  • Flexibility over working hours
  • Willingness to work 'hands-on' as needed
