About the Role

Nexgen Group is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of grounds maintenance operatives and ensuring that all services are delivered to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of grounds maintenance operatives to achieve the highest level of maintenance service to clients
  • Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Carry out site inspections using our in-house system to ensure works are delivered to the required standards
  • Represent the business and meet client representatives on sites

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in planning maintenance works over a large number of sites
  • Able to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
  • Flexibility over working hours
  • Leads by example in all role activities
