Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out quality assurance checks to maintain high-quality finishes and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Deliver a high-quality service to clients and their customers, demonstrating respect and professionalism.
  • Promote and maintain compliance with MCS and 18th edition standards across all electrical work.
  • Provide timely and accurate defect reports to central admin for rectification of issues.
  • Ensure continuous education of staff and upskilling of operatives on site.
  • Liaise with residents and CCS clients to promote CCS quality standards and education.
  • Conduct intrusive testing and verification of results of retrofit.
  • Clear each job from the handheld device and back office system, along with QC paperwork.
  • Liaise with project manager to maintain QMS and company quality manual standards.
  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated and in good working order.
  • Report to Senior Electrical QS on technical matters.
  • Ensure all appointments are kept and CCS tenants/clients are informed.
  • Carry out duties as required by senior managers or staff representatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with codes of practice involving electrical discipline.
  • Report variations to works and update administration department of changes to requirements.
  • Engage and attend staff briefings and company functions.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Liaise with engineers and staff to ensure targets are reached and organize production of certificates and reports.
  • Submit valid and accurate timesheets, delivery notes, expenses, and documentation weekly.
