Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our Administration team on a bank contract basis.
About the JobThis role involves working as and when needed, providing exceptional standards of administration support across various departments within the hospital. You will liaise with patients, consultants, and other hospital departments, requiring strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with patients, consultants, and hospital departments, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring high standards of organisation and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants, applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documents, using Microsoft Office and other software.
- Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including databases.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis.
