Sales Development Representative

Role Overview
Sandiford Green Limited is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join their team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with existing clients, prospecting new customers, and ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and book consultations with Business Development Managers
- Answer incoming phone calls from prospective customers
- Accurately qualify prospects and booking consultations for Business Development Managers
- Reach out to existing customers to sell other products from the portfolio
- Maintain and update accurate details on CRM system HubSpot
- Follow up and answer any additional questions to help close deals
Requirements
- Proven internal sales experience and a successful record hitting sales targets and KPI's
- Strong communication and relationship management skills in fast-paced environment
- Experience of nurturing leads to generate business deals
- Experience or knowledge of software systems used in the health or social care sector is desirable
What We Offer
- A base salary of £27,000 plus OTE
