We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance Business Partnering to join our team at Exactitude Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional communication and business partnering, focusing on financial reporting, insights, and budget activity.
- Collaborate with the wider finance teams to provide expertise, advice, and challenge decisions using data and analytics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, operations, and development teams.
- Identify and quantify potential risks and opportunities to budgeted performance across cost centers.
- Adopt a "value for money" mindset and challenge cost center leads as required.
- Provide ad-hoc insight and analysis to support business decisions.
- Create processes to enable Group-wide reporting of central functions.
- Identify revenue and market growth opportunities through Exco relationships.
- Develop business cases and work closely with other business teams to pull together all necessary information.
- Conduct return on investment analysis.
- A proven background partnering with executives in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working within a large, complex organization and managing multiple senior stakeholders.
- Excellent data and analytics skills to provide meaningful insight to business leaders and challenge decisions.
- Able to analyze and draw conclusions from large, complex data sets and provide support in areas of ambiguity.
- Able to work in a fast-moving environment with an innovative approach.
- Comfortable switching between hands-on and operational mindsets to a broader commercial/strategic one as needed.
- Qualified accountant with commercial experience.
