Job Title: Asset Finance Manager

At Stryker UK Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Asset Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of asset financing, pricing models, and strategies designed to optimize revenue, market share, brand positioning, and long-term profits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and other key stakeholders to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of asset financing, pricing models, and strategies designed to optimize revenue, market share, brand positioning, and long-term profits.
  • Research and develop opportunities for new solutions, including new financing opportunities and business partnerships.
  • Ensure the finalization of transactions and the necessary documentation.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of financial products and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Typical higher education background in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or finance.
  • 10+ years' experience in leasing, equipment financing, or medical device sales.
  • Knowledge of financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, operational requirements, and transaction structures applicable to asset finance.
  • Fluency in English is required, with any other languages being a plus.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, as well as very good organizational and communication skills.
