Job Title: Asset Finance Manager

At Stryker UK Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Asset Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of asset financing, pricing models, and strategies designed to optimize revenue, market share, brand positioning, and long-term profits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and other key stakeholders to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of asset financing, pricing models, and strategies designed to optimize revenue, market share, brand positioning, and long-term profits.
  • Research and develop opportunities for new solutions and new financing opportunities.
  • Ensure the finalization of transactions and the necessary documentation.
  • Achieve revenue targets while helping to improve divisional profitability.
Requirements:
  • Typical higher education background University, Business School, Engineering School, or MBA.
  • 10+ years' experience in leasing, equipment financing, or medical device sales.
  • Preferably experience in a medical equipment leasing company or in the financing division of a medical manufacturer.
  • Knowledge of financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, operational requirements, and transaction structures applicable to asset finance.
  • Fluency in English is required, any other languages are a plus.
  • Very good command of the Office package.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Very good organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
