Teaching and Learning Assistant

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Chorley. In this casual role, you will work in an alternative provision setting, supporting students in their learning and development.
Key Tasks:
- Work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and manage the classroom, promoting student engagement and participation.
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, addressing individual learning needs and abilities.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and structured learning atmosphere, enhancing student outcomes and well-being.
