Care Manager Opportunity in Oxfordshire

We are seeking an exceptional Care Manager to join our team at SeeAbility, a leading disability charity with a rich history dating back to 1799. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide person-centred support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • To work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on the care and support provided to individuals.

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
