Project Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engagement Specialist to join our team in delivering civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.

Our specialist expertise spans the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high-speed rail projects.
As a trusted partner, we have been appointed by HS2 to deliver this critical project, demonstrating our commitment to improving lives, communities, and the engineering and construction industry as a whole.
The RoleYou will play a vital role in supporting the local Engagement Manager in all aspects of their work, including the creation of relevant news bulletins and public-facing information, such as newsletters and advance work notices. To support the wider engagement team, you'll help develop engagement plans and associated materials, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project.
This role requires coordination of engagement activities, including community meetings, webinars, and drafting presentations. You will aid these events in both virtual and face-to-face capacities, fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders, including members of the community and the wider project team.

Your flexibility with travel and hours, combined with your good ICT and written skills, will be essential in meeting the demands of this role.
