About Us
Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM is a joint venture that brings together international, market-leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies. Our team is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.
Your Role
As a Senior Engagement Specialist, you will support the local Engagement Manager in all aspects of their work by assisting with the creation of relevant news bulletins and public-facing information. You will also help develop engagement plans and associated materials to support the wider engagement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engagement activities, such as community meetings, webinars, and drafting presentations.
- Aid these events in both a virtual and face-to-face capacity.
- Support meetings with note-taking and action-tracking.
- Work and build relationships with a variety of different stakeholders, such as members of the community and the wider project team.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can build external and internal relationships, work independently and proactively, and have excellent people and communication skills. Experience working with multiple stakeholders is desirable.
