About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Disability Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery and development of our Motoring Club proposition and other lifetime value initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of execution across the Group, engaging with Marketing, Customer, Commercial, and Operational colleagues, as well as Agency partners.
  • Work in partnership with Category, Marketing, and CRM colleagues to manage loyalty planning, ensuring loyalty communications and promotions deliver desired behaviors.
  • Manage specific cross-functional projects that support the delivery of loyalty targets and future roadmap.
  • Partner with the analytics team to monitor and report on loyalty financial and operational performance versus agreed KPIs.
  • Champion loyalty within the business and serve as the conduit for embedding loyalty culturally into the organization.
  • Understand customer pain points and retention barriers across all channels, utilizing insight from the customer team and front-facing colleagues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a loyalty or CRM role, with a good understanding of the UK loyalty market.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment, prioritizing workload accordingly.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Commercial acumen, with comfort working with P&L, business cases, and financial reports.
  • Passion for customer relationships and delivering the right message at the right time with the right content.
  • Data-driven approach, with a proactive loyalty marketer who can drive results.
