Senior Construction Project Manager

As a Senior Construction Project Manager with 1st Executive Limited, you will play a key role in driving accountability and performance across large complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, estimates, and cost plans, conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses, negotiating contracts and managing procurement processes.
With a strong background in quantity surveying and construction management, you will assess, value, and approve variations and change orders, monitor and report on project progress, costs, and financial forecasts. You will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, and professional membership with RICS, CIOB, or equivalent. They will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing costs on large-scale construction projects.
