**Senior Business Administrator (Construction / Maintenance)**

**Permanent Full-time Position**

**Salary - £27,000 - £35,000 (dependant on experience)**

GPC74 specialises in Construction, Fit Out, Groundworks and Facilities Maintenance. You will be based at our Head Office in rural South Shropshire, but our Company has an operational reach that extends throughout the UK.

As a senior company representative, we would expect you to provide.
- the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism to carry out the duties expected of him/her.
- a comprehensive professional assistance service to support the Company.
- any other duties as may be reasonably expected, and which are commensurate with the level of the post.

You will be involved in supporting projects and tasks as directed and work closely with the Senior Management Team in the achievement of the organisation’s objectives.

A general understanding of the construction, groundworks, facilities maintenance, and fit-out industry would be ideal, but not essential.

We offer a 24/7 reactive service for a number of clients, and to further support the Company, you will need to provide phone cover for emergency call outs on weekday nights, weekends, and bank holidays. We will provide you with all the tools to enable you to work remotely or from home. Further details to be discussed in interview.

A full UK driving license is essential as our office is located in a rural, but beautiful setting.

We are just 25 minutes from Bridgnorth, 30 minutes from Kidderminster and Ludlow, and 45 minutes from Worcester.
