**Location**:Cleobury Mortimer near Kiddersminster.

**Position**:Carpenter and Joiner.

**Duration**:6 months +.

**Rate**: £21.00 ph.

Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Joiners to start work on a large renovation of a barn in Cleobury Mortimer near Kidderminster. **Details include**
- Refurbishment and Restoration works.
- Stripping out and demo works.
- 1st fix works and roof repairs.
- 2nd fix and finishing works.
- Working closely with the site manager.

**Requirements for role**
- CSCS preferred.
- Hi-Vis jacket, hard toe boots and hard hat (PPE).
- 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
- Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
- Photo ID.
