The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an individual who embodies positivity, hard work, tenacity, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and a proven track record of delivering targeted income growth from both existing and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Management: Responsively handle, quote, and close inbound Asset Finance inquiries.
- Business, Marketing, and Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective business, marketing, and sales plans in alignment with divisional objectives.
- Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness for Love Finance through professional networking and targeted promotional events within the market.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all operational and credit criteria are met, and implement fraud prevention measures to mitigate operational and credit risk.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all lending and regulatory processes.
Deliverables:
- Deliver targeted income growth from both existing and new accounts, measured in terms of Fees Income and Volumes.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Sales Director.
- Successfully achieve cross-sales targets to encompass all product areas.
