About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to lead the Lambeth Together Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programme of work. This is a critical role that will have a central impact on developing and implementing strategies to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across the health and social care system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the Lambeth Together EDI plan, working closely with partners across Health and Social Care.
  • Review commissioning and service delivery plans for Adults to Health to ensure compliance with equalities legislation and related policy and guidance.
  • Provide management and leadership of the programme of work, ensuring outputs and outcomes are delivered effectively and to time.
  • Lead work across the local health and care system, improving wider health equalities in and across the system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in equality, diversity, and inclusion, with experience of developing and implementing strategies to promote these values. You will also need to have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners across the health and social care system.
