The Royal Air Force Museum is a national institution promoting Carbon Literacy and sharing the RAF story. We seek an Apprenticeship and Skills Pathway Manager to lead our Skills Pathways Programme.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Museum-wide apprenticeship programme, ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies.
- Manage apprenticeship schemes to meet strategic objectives, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Develop and implement work experience initiatives, attracting a diverse range of students.
- Collaborate with line managers to identify new work experience opportunities for students.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in learning and development environments.
- Strong understanding of designing and managing professional learning programmes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve their potential.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £31,500 per annum, reflecting the location and requirements of the position.
