Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Pathways Coordinator to join our HR and Volunteering team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the delivery of apprenticeship schemes to meet the strategic direction set by the Museum.
  • Leading the Museum-wide work experience programme to include long-term work experience opportunities and shorter insight experiences.
  • Ensuring the Museum attracts a diverse range of high quality apprenticeship candidates and meets statutory obligations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a learning and development environment.
  • Knowledge of designing or managing professional learning and/or talent development programmes.
  • Ability to articulate the Museum's purpose and objectives and support the team to see their role within it.
