The Royal Air Force Museum is looking for a Talent Development and Work Experience Coordinator to join its team. This full-time, fixed-term position (13 months maternity cover) offers a competitive salary of £31,500 per annum.

As a key member of the HR and Volunteering team, you will be responsible for managing the Museum-wide apprenticeship and work experience programmes, ensuring they meet the strategic direction set by the Museum. Your key responsibilities will include leading the Museum-wide apprenticeship programme, ensuring diversity in high-quality apprenticeship candidates, and planning and projecting the delivery of apprenticeship schemes.

You will also be responsible for managing the Museum-wide work experience programme, including long-term work experience opportunities and shorter insight experiences. To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrable experience working in a learning and development environment, knowledge of designing or managing professional learning and/or talent development programmes, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
