Job Title: Growth-Focused Product Director

We are seeking an experienced Growth-Focused Product Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our customer acquisition product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute successful SEO and CRM strategies in international markets.
  • Lead cross-functional growth squads to execute high-priority growth initiatives.
  • Oversee multiple development squads dedicated to growth and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers.
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on SEO, growth channels, and customer onboarding.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO and CRM strategies in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviour, with experience improving user experience and customer journeys that lead to conversion and activation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional acquisition and growth teams in a fast-paced, well-known B2C global company.

Salary and Location

The salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
