Job Title: Service Team Leader - Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Team Leader - Operations Manager to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Service Team Leader - Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of service delivery professionals to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of up to 10 service delivery professionals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate with the service management team to plan and coordinate service delivery to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers to resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance through quality checks and accompanied customer service visits to drive improvement and excellence.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to ensure efficient product delivery and with the sales team to plan installations and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Service Delivery Experience: Experience in managing service delivery operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues and complaints.
  • Qualifications: Hold a full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
