Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Team Leader to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Drivers to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality service standards across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 10 Service Drivers to achieve excellent levels of service and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other Team Leaders to plan and coordinate Service Drivers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Liaise with customers to resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the Service and Branch Managers in improving service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor team performance through quality checks and accompanied customer service visits to drive improvement and development
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate routing and product allocation for Service Drivers
  • Support the Sales Team in planning installations to exceed customer expectations
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Experience in managing within a service delivery environment, with a strong focus on customer service and quality
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
