Talascend is a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to join our team in Irlam. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a desk sales / telesales team and providing call coaching, listening, second voice closing and sales training.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the desk sales / telesales team.
- Provide call coaching, listening, second voice closing and sales training.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in outbound sales and a proven track record of success in sales leadership. We offer a competitive salary of £37,500 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for career growth and development.
