About the Role- Lead energising morning meetings to inspire the team and prep for a successful sales day, highlighting immediate improvement areas from the previous day.
- Daily call monitoring to ensure high-quality calls, identify areas for improvement, and boost sales performance.
- Regular managerial meetings to analyse sales performance and deliver insightful reports to senior management.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of £85,000-£230,000+, including a revenue share of the business, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tele-Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
