Entrepreneurial Sales Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele-Sales Manager to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the delivery of 5 team leaders who each have 8 sales consultants under them.
- Manage and mentor: Team of 80+ sales consultants, ensuring they achieve individual and team targets.
- Daily call monitoring to ensure high quality and effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and boost sales performance on a daily basis.
- Daily morning meetings to inspire the team, prep for a successful sales day, and spotlight immediate improvement areas from the day before.
- Foster a results-driven environment: hold the team accountable for their performance, such as by maintaining a minimum of 2 hours of talk time on the phone daily.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years of tele-sales management experience.
- Having a track record of growing a business.
- Proven experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £85,000-£230,000+ (including a revenue share) and benefits that reflect your value to the business.
