Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their team. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of end-to-end motor claims, spanning FNOL, Recoveries, Third Party, and PI, to ensure prompt and equitable settlements for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of motor claims from initial notification to settlement
- Negotiate with customers and third-party providers to achieve fair and timely settlements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Work closely with the claims team to ensure seamless claim handling and resolution
- Proven experience in claims handling within the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A competitive salary range of £24,000 - £28,000
