ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel or hospitality, with prior experience in housekeeping. They will be responsible for implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence to our quality standards.
- Maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting our high-quality benchmarks
- Managing customer interactions and assisting with daily operations and administration of the Housekeeping department
- Providing training, guidance, and supervision to the Housekeeping team, actively participating in day-to-day department activities
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills, highly focused, motivated, and professional in appearance and presentation
- A proven track record in hotel or hospitality, with prior experience in housekeeping
