About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Tollring. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and delivering new billing opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside colleagues in Business Development, Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing to create new channel billing relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Proactively research new opportunities to promote Tollring products and services, as well as from leads generated by Tollring marketing efforts.
  • Identify, evaluate, and deliver new billing opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the business.
  • Deliver revenue growth in line with business objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or a similar role, with a focus on new business sales and revenue growth within a tech/SaaS/software setting.
  • Experience working in an agile, fast-paced, and ever-changing setting.
  • Knowledge of Telecoms, Unified Comms Service Providers, IT MSPs, UCaas, CCaas, PBX is highly desirable.
  • Professional demeanor, capable of fostering client relationships.
  • Demonstrable track record of revenue growth and performance against targets.
  • Capable of operating independently in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior and drivers.
  • Able to ask intelligent questions that help to uncover and qualify opportunities.
  • Professional yet affable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Able to find and use various tools to research.
  • Able to forecast revenue accurately and manage risks.
  • Experience onboarding new partners and ensuring smooth transitions to internal teams.
What We Offer
  • Up to £65,000 base salary, with a potential OTE of £130,000.
  • Plus benefits, including a car allowance.
  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • Reporting to the Head of Business Development.
  • Department: Sales.
