Rural Land Development Specialist
">About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Rural Land Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will assist with the provision of a quality service to clients primarily in relation to renewable energy projects.
The role will involve:
- Purchase and sale of rural properties including farms, estates, and forestry.
- Providing advice to landowners, developers, and tenants on rural developments.
- Commercial and sporting leasing.
- Supervise, train, and assist other members of the team in connection with renewable energy project work.
- Attend training courses and seminars and keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments.
Salary and Benefits:
Our salary is estimated to be around £65,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy benefits such as 25 days holiday, long service holidays, death in service benefit, and discounted legal fees.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7 years PQE although all levels with strong experience would be considered.
- Relevant experience in rural property law and development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
