We are a team of professionals dedicated to supporting students at Scotland's Rural College (SRUC). Our mission is to empower students to achieve their full potential by providing high-quality services that cater to their diverse needs.

We are seeking a talented and experienced leader to join our team as Head of Student Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a range of student service teams, including those focused on student support, advocacy, and wellness.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, management, and staff development, as well as experience working with students in higher education. They will be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners to ensure that student services are aligned with college goals and objectives.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
