We are seeking an experienced Billing Analyst to join our team at Yü Energy. As a key member of our Billing Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our billing systems and providing excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Review and manage critical billing tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Support the maintenance and development of our billing systems to ensure they meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with the wider team to implement specific billing testing and resolve complex customer accounts.
- Manage unique customer billing portfolios and resolve customer queries within agreed service level agreements.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of designated billing portfolios, including group billing.
- Onboard VIP customers and ensure billing setup is in line with contractual arrangements.
- Set up and maintain regular client calls to ensure excellent customer service.
- Work with other departments to resolve complex billing queries, including metering and industry exceptions.
- Liaise with external agents to resolve complex industry and billing exceptions.
- Produce billing statistics to report to line managers.
- Coordinate billing tasks to ensure weekly and monthly targets are met.
- Experience in the energy industry, preferably with knowledge of billing systems and processes.
- Effective decision-making skills to manage technical workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with the team and customers.
- Ambitious and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Naturally curious and analytical, with immaculate attention to detail.
