About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Billing Analyst to join our team at Yü Energy. As a key member of our Billing Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our billing systems and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process billing tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the maintenance and development of our billing systems.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to implement billing testing and resolve customer queries.
  • Manage customer billing portfolios and resolve complex customer accounts.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve billing queries and exceptions.
  • Produce billing statistics and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate billing tasks to meet weekly and monthly targets.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in the energy industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of billing systems and processes is essential.
