About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Billing Analyst to join our team at Yü Energy. As a key member of our Billing Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our billing systems and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process billing tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the maintenance and development of our billing systems.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to implement specific billing testing and resolve customer queries.
  • Manage unique customer billing portfolios and resolve complex customer accounts within agreed service level agreements.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of designated billing portfolios, including group billing.
  • Onboard VIP customers and ensure billing setup is in line with contractual arrangements.
  • Set up and maintain regular client calls.
  • Work with other departments to resolve complex billing queries, such as metering and industry exceptions.
  • Liaise with external agents to resolve complex industry and billing exceptions.
  • Produce billing statistics to report to line managers.
  • Coordinate billing tasks to ensure weekly and monthly targets are met.
Requirements
  • Experience in the energy industry, preferably with knowledge of billing systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and a strong team player attitude.
