About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Financial Collections Advisor to join our team, responsible for collecting customer debt in arrears according to regulatory and company guidelines.

  • You will contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing expertise to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhering to established policies, you will manage payments, conduct income and expenditure assessments, and facilitate agreements as needed, referring customers to our Financial Difficulties/Vulnerable team if required.

Expected Salary Range: £24,500 - £32,000 per year
