Teaching Assistant - SEND Opportunity
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to work with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, and challenging behavior, and be able to provide individualized support to meet their needs.
About the SchoolThe school offers a comprehensive range of resources and facilities to support students with various specific requirements and disabilities, enhancing their quality of learning and engagement.
The successful candidate will be working 1-1 and in small group interventions, using evidence-based strategies and techniques to promote social, emotional, and academic development.
Key Responsibilities- Providing individualized support to meet the needs of students with SEN
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized plans
- Using technology and other resources to enhance learning and engagement
M£85 per day
