Up to £80,000 per annum (not pro rata), plus performance-related bonus.

We are recruiting for one of our partner schools in Durham with a capacity for 40 pupils specialising in Autism Spectrum Condition and Complex Needs. Our school provides a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where students can thrive.

1. Educational Leadership: Lead the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the school ensuring high educational standards.
2. ASC and Complex Needs Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition and Complex Needs managing associated behaviours effectively and tailoring support to meet individual needs.
3. Hands-On Approach: Be actively involved in the school community promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and a positive school culture.
4. Strategic Planning and Growth: Oversee the school's growth ensuring the successful delivery of a tailored curriculum.

• Proven experience as a Headteacher with a successful track record in educational leadership.
• Strong background in working with students with Autism Spectrum Condition and Complex Needs.
