We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Niche Education Ltd in Middlesbrough. This role will involve working with students with SEND in a behavioural school setting, supporting them to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, experience working with students with SEND, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In return, we offer:
