As a Graduate Teacher, you will be responsible for covering classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring that learning continues uninterrupted. This involves leading lessons, facilitating student engagement, and managing classroom dynamics.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and problem-solve. Previous experience in a secondary school setting is beneficial, but not necessary.
